Our Philosophy

Yoga is more than movement — it is a journey to yourself. In my classes, we connect with nature, breathe fresh air and find peace in movement. Every session begins and ends with meditation, so that body and mind come into harmony. Classes take place in the garden — surrounded by greenery and sunshine.

Traditional yoga for holistic well-being

Surya Namaskar

Sun Salutation

108 Sun Salutations — a dynamic sequence of 12 positions that strengthens, stretches and energises the entire body.

Chandra Namaskar

Moon Salutation

The gentle counterpart to the Sun Salutation. Calming, flowing movements that relax the body and quiet the mind.

Yoga Asanas

Body Postures

108 different asanas for strength, flexibility and balance. For every age and level — from beginners to advanced practitioners.

Pranayama

Breathing Exercises

Conscious breathing for more energy, clarity and inner peace. Various techniques for different effects on body and mind.

Mudras

Hand Gestures

Symbolic hand gestures that direct the flow of energy in the body. A meditative practice that promotes concentration and well-being.

Meditation

Relaxation

Guided meditation for deep relaxation and inner peace. Every session begins and ends with a meditation in the garden.
